
Asian Side of the Doc
Built upon the success and 20-year of networking experience of Sunny Side of the Doc, the major international marketplace for documentaries, the first Euro-Asian documentary cooperation event Asian Side of the Doc (ASD) will be held in Hong Kong during FILMART in March 2010. This event is based on the success Sunny Side Co-production Rendez-Vous, which has been organized for the past 6 years in the USA / New York, Washington, Canada / Toronto, Montreal, United Kingdom / London, Eastern Europe / Sofia & South America / Buenos Aires.
ASD is aimed to develop co-productions between Asia Pacific and Europe in the field of Documentary, Factual programming and Cross-Media platforms.
Over 150 TV, film and new media executives from Europe, Asia and America will be gathered for the 3-day comprehensive programme, including workshops, screenings, pitching sessions and networking events.
